These Terms govern your use of VidyaAI Study (a service by Sunmagma Technologies LLP) at vidyaai.study. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Service

We provide a software-as-a-service multilingual AI tutor that can ingest study materials (PDFs, handwritten notes, video and audio lectures) and answer questions about them in 10+ Indian languages, on web and Telegram.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to enter into this agreement. Minors may use the service only through an institute that has obtained verifiable parental/guardian consent, or with the consent of a parent/guardian for self-study.

3. Acceptable use

Upload only content you have the right to use (copyright permission, fair-use for educational purposes, or your own material).
Do not upload illegal, obscene, defamatory, communally inflammatory or otherwise unlawful content. We will remove such content and may terminate your account.
Do not use the AI tutor for academic dishonesty in board exams or competitive entrance tests. We log activity to help institutes detect misuse.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the service, exceed plan limits, or run brute-force / automated abusive traffic.

4. AI output disclaimer

Answers are produced by a Large Language Model and may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. Always verify critical facts against your authoritative sources. We are not liable for academic results based on AI output.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle through Razorpay UPI Autopay / cards. Pricing in INR, inclusive of applicable GST where stated otherwise. See our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

6. Content ownership

You retain ownership of all study materials you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process them solely to provide the service to you and your enrolled students. We claim no rights over your content beyond this.

7. Termination

You may cancel any time from your dashboard. We may terminate your account on serious breach of these Terms or non-payment, with notice unless prohibited by law.

8. Liability cap

Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages.

9. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the city of our registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Parties shall first attempt good-faith resolution; failing which disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in India, in English, by a sole arbitrator.
