Refund Policy

VidyaAI Study (a service by Sunmagma Technologies LLP) is an AI-software subscription service. Because AI processing costs are incurred the moment you use the service, our default position is no automatic refund. However we honour the following situations:

  • Service outage: If our service is materially unavailable for more than 24 continuous hours within a billing period, you may request a pro-rated refund for that period.
  • Duplicate charges: Razorpay-confirmed duplicate payments are refunded within 5–7 business days.
  • First-charge dissatisfaction: Self-study learners who are unhappy with the service within 48 hours of their first paid charge (i.e., immediately after the 3-day free trial) may request a full refund.
  • Erroneous Institute plan charges: If a Standard plan was activated by mistake (e.g., for an institute that never used the upgrade), email us within 7 days for a full refund.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay. To request a refund email info@vidyaai.study with your order ID and reason. We respond within 3 business days.

No refunds for unused remaining days after voluntary cancellation — access continues until the end of the paid period instead.
