How to raise a grievance

Write to us with your full name, registered email, the nature of the complaint, and any supporting screenshots/order IDs. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 15 days, as required by law.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the Grievance Officer, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India once it becomes operational, or to consumer fora under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
